At BJ’S JERKY, we're passionate about creating the finest beef jerky. Our journey began with our founder, a small-town Southern guy, who deeply loved good jerky. Frustrated by the inability to find the perfect flavor, he made his own. After months of experimentation, our founder struck gold with a tangy, sweet flavor profile perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat.
A Premium Product
Surprisingly, after sharing the jerky with friends and family, he received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Encouraged by this response, our founder began producing small batches of jerky for friends, family, co-workers, and even customers from work. Following a suggestion from a satisfied customer, he decided to create his own brand and build a name for the product.
